I have all sorts of issues after swapping to the 0411pcm, 99+ harness, 99+ interior harness, and 99+ gauges. Car won't start or connect to PCM. At a loss, thinking about just parting the car out at this point.

I just got my no fire issue figured out. Now I noticed my abs and service vehicle lights are on. Haven't tackled it yet as I'm still trying to figure out why I can't connect to the PCM through the DLC port. If I find something on the abs I will let you know.

Im having a service vehicle light problem as well on a swap. Those are bcm codes and have to be read by a tech 2. Your abs might have to do with 3 vs 4 channel. Which light is on?

I'm using the same BCM that was in the car. I'm going to take it to the dealership and have them flash the BCM. I read last night that the VIN has to match in the BCM and the PCM. It worth a shot anyway. Hope you guys have luck with your issues and i will post up the result after the visit to the dealership.

all my stuff works except for the fuel gauge and the ars. i tried the fuel gauge segment swap but with no luck. i found another couple of threads where members added a wiring to the c2 38 location then pinned it to c210 f and then did the fuel segment so i'll try this next. just no luck on the ars

I havnt been able to get my ars either and if i had to guess it is what is causing the service vehicle light. What is your fuel gauge doing? Reading wrong or not at all?

You guys need to go into the fuel section with hp and have to do some trial and error to figure out what you need

red ooz28, i read your post and we went about the swap a little differently. i seen where you went with the engine harness and dash harness. i used the engine and added the c210 plug along with the wires for the water temp, oil pressure and alternator. that maybe why we have the same problem but different readings

I have a 0411pcm with the tune and segment swap frost. I haven't messed with any of the fuel gauge wiring yet. One issue at a time I afraid. New carpet arrived yesterday so getting that and the interior back in the car is the objective for this weekend.

Yea you are probably right. I went with a 99+ engine and dash harness with the 0411.

So I figured out my fuel level gauge. Turns out it is reading right. This morning I went to start it to go to work and I noticed the fuel pump sounded different when I turned the key. Hit the key and it was stumbled then died. Out of gas... put 5 gallons of 91 in it and it's between 1/4 and 1/2.

Yea, I wasn't sure what was left in the tank when I bought the roller. Haha, at least it happened in my driveway and not at a stoplight or something.

Now onto the service vehicle light and the ASR not working. I pretty sure the service vehicle light means a bcm code probably due to the asr

I believe I tracked my ASR issue to be the C200 bulk connector. Apparently there are differences between the 98 and 99+ connectors. I have the pin out for the 99+, just need the 98 pinout. I fixed my no PCM connection by researching this connector. The EBCM send its serial data through this connector to the splice pack connector. Well there was some other wire sending a bad signal to the splice pack. Disconnected the EBCM wire in the splice pack and now it works.
