so long story short i have a 2000 ls1 motor/trans and computer out of a Trans Am in my 95 camaro. i want to computer to have the vin of my camaro but still work like the Trans Am computer. the car was tuned with hp tuners and i want to know which full tuner can do that if any i plan on buying one soon.

Unless they have changed recently HPT doesn't allow VIN mismatches. EFI Live and TunerCat does and since Jet Spectrum Tuner is an offshoot of TunerCat, it should.

HP Tuners will read and flash a VIN mismatched PCM without issue, but it can't create one. Unless you need it to match for smog checks or something, why does it matter?
