Intermittent idle and won't take gas while driving

Intermittent idle and won't take gas while driving I just got this 02 ss recently. It has a cam and headers
Sometime it will idle really low and come back up sometimes it dies.
Also while driving I'll be giving it gas and kinda hesitant untill maybe 3k rpm and it takes it and goes. Sometimes pops/loud backfire thru pipes
Changed fuel filter today
Cleaned both sensors on tb and sprayed maf and sensor in the lid
I recently cleaned k&n filter and now it does this....
I'm thinking oil messed up maf or maybe a bad tune? No engine light has come on
Any advice?
