Default Grounds

Thanks for taking a minute to read this.
I have a new build and went to shop to have tuned. Tuner said no signal from MAF, IAT. Car runs, just not right obviously.
He checked a few things and feels its a ground issue.
I built harness from info gathered from this and many other great sites. In my attempt to tidy up things I looped/daisy chained all grounds together.
Tuner says this in a no, no. The thought is, is that signals can get dirtied up from back feed thru common ground spot.
I have no reason to doubt this. Just curious if anyone has experienced it?
If so, is there a smart fix?
Can someone tell me where I can find info to separate them out, and where they need to be grounded. Put it back like factory laid it out. i.e. block/frame/battery???
Thanks
Darrell

Those sensor grounds should be provided by the PCM only, that's why there's a separate ground wire running to the sensors, and they're not just grounded to the block or whatever.

I went and dug thru my pin outs and diagrams. I seen that sensors all seem to go to ecm for ground signal. Checked all them. I think I have it narrowed down to LS2 style MAF/IAT pigtail wired wrong.
Thanks for your reply.
