Broncojunkie

I have a 2011 L96 6.0 that I swapped into my 75 Bronco. I finally got it to run but is only running on 4 cylinders. No pulse signal at injectors 1,7,4,6. I have spark at all 8 cylinders, 12v at all injectors but no pulse signal at those 4 injectors. (tested with noid light). Don't know what to do and it's driving me crazy. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
