Try Rich at Motor City Speed in Commerce MI.

Livernois did mine and it was perfect. If you have a high lift on your cam you will have a problem with idle at a light or stop sign.

I'd go with Dr. Phil. I've heard good things about livernois, but also heard they charge $$$. I wouldn't recommend vector Motorsports.

Bumping up an old thread.

Just completed head/cam swap and it won't idle on warm start. I did a clutch and gears at the same time, so I'm not looking for a dyno tune at the moment...I just need someone to get it to idle and I'll bring it back for a full tune after break-in. I don't care how it runs since it won't be taken above 3k RPM, but it's really tough to keep it idling with the throttle.

Dr. Phil has been sporadic with his replies (probably because it's such a piddly request) so I doubt I'll get in to see him. Anyone else I can contact?
