Default Running rough under load/ spark plug darkened

I have a 01 camaro with an lm7 engine, Texas speed heads, ljms cam, 80lb injectors Lonnies double pump kit, tr7ix plugs, msd wires, and a Huron speed turbo kit. I took the car to get tuned after I installed the turbo kit, new cam and injectors and it was having issues he said to check compression. So I did a compression check and everything is within a good % of one another, fuel pressure reads fine. I pulled the valve covers and everything looked fine under their. When I pulled the plugs #7 was much darker than the the rest of the plugs and the car only really runs rough at about 1800-3000 rpm. Are there any other tests or anything else I should check for? Maybe should I have another tuner check it out?

Thanks for any help!

Time to stick a borescope in cyl 7. You can get a USB borescope for under $20.

Also did a buzz test on all the injectors and they read fine and the fuel pressure did as well

I swapped the #7 injector with #2 ran it and checked the plugs the #2 plug never got any darker than it was. Also swapped around plug #7 and #3, the plug cleaned up immediately in #3. Cylinder 7 plug didn't get much darker than it already was either, I might need to run it longer though.

Could also be a bad coil for cylinder 7.

I haven't tried swapping coils yet, should I try just buying 1 coil or maybe swap them around? No misfires on the scanner or any history of misfires. I had one code when i got it back from the tuner it was the p0200 code (injector circuit malfunction) after I swapped the injector #7 with #2 and cleared it I haven't gotten the code since. My buddy has some truck coils that I can try and hook up too

It seems to stutter more under vacuum, i haven't gotten into boost too much since the car isn't really tuned all the way yet. Stock gap out of the box, the tuner I went to recommended the plugs. Could the anti seize of messed up the plugs at all?

I had a friend once who put way to much antiseize on his plugs and it ran terrible. Cleaned them off and it was good. To much on the threads and you lose the ground for the plug.

I got some tr6's and threw them in and it seems to be running a lot better it's still a little choppy under acceleration, but it is noticeably better. The car isn't completely tuned though, so now I'm not sure if it's tune or the car. I didn't put any anti seize on the plugs should I pull them back out and give them a small amount?
