Question Fine tuning after tuning VE and MAF

I've been through tuning the base running airflow as well as logged many runs for both VE and MAF tuning. My first run after the last MAF tuning session I'm seeing 2% or less AFR error in most cells with a few stragglers that need tweaking yet. What I'm not clear on is if I can make small adjustments to the maf and ve tables and log more data or if I need to isolate again where you disable the maf to tune the ve table again or vice versa. Currently my high rpm disable for dynamic air is 4000 and the rpm threshold is 2400. I'm running with the LTFTs off.
