Default Tune for a big cam on stock motor

Like the title says, I had a 347 in my car with an MS4 came and 36# injectors and LS6, with long tube headers and the computer was tuned for that. Well that motor tore itself apart, and the car now has a stock 5.3 in it with the same headers and intake and injectors.... my question is will the car run with the old tune?

Will it be run well enough to break in the new motor? will it at least run enough to drive the car about 5 miles to shop to have a new tune put in it?

So the 5.3 doesn't have the MS4 in it? I would imagine drivability would be crappy if it has the stock cam now. If you had to drive it to the shop, I would baby drive it there. But maybe someone else could chime in...

Correct the 5.3 is all stock on the inside, and its an L33 if that makes any difference.
