Default Idles up shifting to N while moving

Just had new cam, headers, 2800 stall etc put in my WS6...when driving down the road at any speed....I can take my foot of the gas and it acts like the cruise control is on....it takes almost a mile just to slow down 1-2mph....if I shift into N while moving, the rpm goes up to 1200-1300 and stays...Now when I come to a complete stop, it works as it should....Never had the issue before the cam install etc...Could this possibly be a vacuum issue somewhere?

The pcm steps up the idle speed above 5-10 mph. It has to be tuned out. I zeroed mine out for the same reason.

I guess it wasn't tuned out after the install....He said I was leaning out on the top end and that my fuel pump was not keeping it so it wasn't fully tuned...but I don't think a weak fuel pump would be a reason for that to not be tuned out...It didn't do it when it was still stock....At 50 I could lift, and the rpm fell and the car slowed....now it keeps going like Im still holding a steady pedal

He may have used a different file in your PCM instead of tuning what was there.

Ask him to make the "Rolling Idle RPM" table the same as base idle RPM next time he's into it.

Thanks..not sure if it helps, but the cam is 228/232 .600/.595 with 112+4 and a 2800 to 3000 stall...
