Need help with my build I have a 98 Trans am and I'm going with a cam (ms3)only lq9. I want to know if my harness/pcm will support these mods just to get to the tuner.

The MS3 will probably be driveable to your tuner because it's in a 6.0 with a higher than stock stall. The iron block isn't drilled for the same accessory holes as the 5.7, so that is an issue you may not have already handled. I hope you did springs and pushrods, otherwise that MS3 will be as useful as condoms in church.

I have all the other stuff done. Someone told me that I couldn't use my computer or harness for this swap.

Seems like you got your answer, so I'll just say I think you'll like that cam on the 6.0. I have a cam almost identical to the MS3 on a 6.0 with PRC heads and it does real nice for what it is
