i have found that with my car-00 ws-6,air lid,off road y-pipe,headers & diablo that
the base tuning has provided the best results.i've messed with the timing & power
enrichment but the base tuning has performed the best.

What I used to run around with:

Rev limit 6250
Shift RPM 1-2 5900, 6000, 6000
Shift MPH 41, 81, 125
Shift Time -20%, -25%, -25%
Shift Firmness +0%, +15%, +15%
FAN1 ON 190 OFF 188
FAN2 ON 198 OFF 196
Spark +10%
PE +3%

The fuel should be set by O2s (try for 900mV
at WOT by the real-time) and the spark to
whatever doesn't ping. These two depend on
the car (MAF, year, bolt-ons) a lot. O2s vs
true mixture is a sloppy correlation but this is
a reasonable target generally. Get yourself
some quantitative means of judging whether
you're improving true performance, or just
sticking your pecker in the Fahrvergnugen,
when you try and tune for power.

I have an 02. +10% spark and +3% fuel won't work on mine. I live in California with 91 octane. The tune that came with Pred had way too much spark advance. I'm still tweeking it but right now I'm at -.23% spark and 0 change on PE. However I tried one click leaner on PE and that worked good also. So far this has had the best results, still working on it. At first I thought hey spark advance and PE, the more the better! But it didn't work out that way. Once I tried + 2.5% on both and I lost power big time and when WOT I could look in mirror and see a cloud of grey fuel smoke. Good luck with yours!
