Default 2004 GTO no MAF signal

I've been working on my 2004 GTO for a while now and it is throwing a MAF code. I changed MAF sensors with a friend and there is nothing wrong with the sensor so I started diagnosing the MAF wiring i have 12 volts to the pink wire, the black and red wire has continuity to ground and the signal wire has continuity back to the pin on the computer but for whatever reason when I hook my car up to the scanner it shows 0.31 for the MAF output and it doesn't ever change. I am at a loss as to what to do next and would greatly appreciate any help, i have searched for this problem and cant seem to find anything on it.

Anybody have any thoughts on what this could be or what else to check?

Just having continuity doesn't mean you have a good ground. Check the actual Ohm reading.

I know how to check the o reading but i don't know what would be an acceptable reading to have

Put the meter leads on the black/red wire and the -battery terminal. Should be < 2-3 ohms. Also try and get a scanner that displays MAF output in HZ.

I checked the ground wire which is the black wore with the red stripe in it back to the negative side of the battery and I was getting 0.4 ohms

When you say it "shows 0.31", that's "0.31" what? Can you
scan MAF Hz? Is the signal wire roughly 5V?

I'm not sure what the .31 is that is what the scanner at orileys says on the data readout. It is a Bosch scanner. And with the car idling the signal wire has 5-6 volts

I never took time to write it down but i will check tomorrow and let you know. It is also throwing a map sensor code as well

Is the car stock or modded? Has it been tuned or is the PCM calibration stock?

The car only has headers on it. at one point it had a 5.3 with a turbo on it but I put an ls1 back in it and had the computer tuned by kcmaxx performance in Kansas City for a stock ls1 with headers. When I had it tuned he specifically asked if I was going to put a maf back on it and I told him I was

Did you ever change the physical MAF sensor when you changed to the 5.3 with a turbo. The ls1 uses a 3-pin maf with sep IAT and the trucks use a 5-pin MAF with an integrated IAT sensor. The tuner may not have had the proper cal in your new file if you changed MAF's on him and didn't inform.

When the turbo was on it it was speed density tuned so it didn't have a maf. The maf I have now is a 3 wire off of a ls1

It is throwing codes
P0102
P0103
P0106
P0106
And the 0.31 maf (lb/m)

I also took a video of the data stream on the scanner so you could see rpms and that the maf reading doesn't change and also you can see the map sensor reading as well. But I don't know how to post a video so I could email it if that would be useful

Unusual to set both MAF output low and MAF output high at the same time. Trying to diagnose a tuned PCM without the ability to look at the file in the PCM can sometimes be futile. You really need to get your hands an HP Tuners. Do you know anyone that has it that can read the PCM and datalog it? One problem with not displaying your location is no one knows if they are near by that might be able to help.

So just an update, I cleaned all
Of my grounds and while I was at it I pulled the pins out of my maf plug and made sure they were all making good contact and now the maf is reading and changing like it should however it is still throwing a P0103 code.
