Default Firing order, is this odd?

So I bought my car used with 65k miles on it and I was bored and decided to run through hptuners to look at my stock file... This is what I found... The car sometimes would run rough at idle. Which one is correct? The top image from what I can tell is the correct firing order. Why would anyone mess with the firing order? When I pulled my plugs they all looked perfect.

the PCM is hardcoded to fire the injectors and coils in a particular sequence, the firing order tables that are shown are usually for misfire disagnostics but nevertheless the top sequence is the correct one..

Both firing orders are the same. One just starts with a different number. Makes absolutely no difference on engine operation.
