Default P0171/ p0174 need help

I have an 04 gto that is running lean on both banks. I checked fuel pressure and it is at 60, ltft's are +25% at idle and drop significantly when rpm's are held. Stft's are at 10%-12% and drop to 4%-6%. Any idea what could be the problem.

Smoke test the intake and exhaust system.

Just k&n air intake, previous owner deleted resonators and mufflers but that's it. I don't have access to smoke machine but I was thinking maybe intake leak, I will spray some carb cleaner around it and see if I get reaction.

what your STFT and front 02's when you are spraying carb cleaner. If they start to go negative you found your vacuum leak.

I don't know why anyone would want to spray caustic carb cleaner on their engine. Smoke is the only reliable way to find leaks.
