Default Chevy Performance PCM/Harness

Hi,

I have a 2013 LS-7 in a kit car (GTM). The PCM and Harness are from Chevy as part of the performance controller kit.

I would like to get the EVAP purge system and the AC/pressure switch working. No pins are broken out on the harness and I'm not sure if the PCM is programmed to control them.

Does anyone have any experience adding onto this kit, or can point me to some documentation on the controller kit?

Thanks

The operating system will still be able to control those items. They are just disabled in the tune and the MIL errors are disabled. All of that can be turned back on. I think the easiest route would be to find which version the OS is and use the wiring diagram from that vehicle. If it's a special OS for the crate motors you can load the '13 Z06 OS to it and set the system up just like the Vette.

I did the same thing with my RX-7. Just mirrored the '02 Camaro SS setup.

What's the P/N of the kit?

Thanks, That is good news.

I'll grab the PN off the kit tonight. I believe it is 19258553 but I want to confirm.

I haven't been able to find a service manual or wiring diagrams for the crate engine, but if it can be set up like a '13 vette (minus the extra O2 sensors) then I can order up that set of service manuals so I have the diagram.

The kit is 19258553 , and the computer is 19258554.

Is there a reasonable way to enable the features and MIL (pester the dealer maybe?), or will this require hptune or a related software package?

With a little wiring you can just mirror the '13 Z06. You'll probably have to update the tune to get them working but you won't have to touch anything related to how the engine runs. Although I would anyway. Factory tunes are VERY safe and usually leave 15-30hp on the table along with a couple MPG. However, warranty does come into play.
