Diablo tuning help!

Diablo tuning help! OK I've had the tuner for over a week now and have been playing around with it and here are all of my readings at like -3% fuel at WOT:
LTFT's @ Cruise speed:
-ST- anywhere from -6 to 4
-LT- 13.28
-ST- anywhere from -3 to 3
-LT- 10.16
LTFT's at WOT
-ST- 0
-LT- 13.28
-ST- 0
-LT- 14
O2 Sensor readings
Bank1- 905
Bank2- 910
Bank1- 905
Bank2- 910
My mods are: Exhaust cutout after the y-pipe, SLP lid, ported MAF ends, ported and polished heads with stock cam. Do these readings mean I'm running rich/lean???? I have NO clue, ANY help would be great! thanks!
