Stupid question....can wheel hop/driveline shock cause knock retard... I have noticed tonight that I can get 0 knock retard in 2nd, but 4-4.5 in first. On my stock tires though my wheels start to break loose after 3500-4000 rpms (rolling start, all the way to redline...sweet second-wind). And the rear hops a little. Can this shock running through the driveline cause the knock retard I am seeing in first?
