He's already got the code. I too am currently throwing the same code on my Formula. I was throwing another code (TPS Malfunction) but I swapped out my TPS sensor and that one has not resurfaced so far.

Has nobody else ran into this problem?

The "TPS Performance" code is set when the TPS has an erratic output and/or the PCM thinks the TPS output should be something other than what it is...i.e motor is running 6000 rpm and the TPS is saying 10%. I'd be willing to bet you've got a sensor on its way out. I'll have to double check it in my service manual to see for sure what the criteria is for setting the code.
