Need a primer on tuning a cam with LS1 Edit.
I've only done "bolt-on" tuning to fix obvious problems up to this point.
I'm thinking about changing cams and injectors.
Is there a "primer" on LS1Edit tuning?

Using efilive log and export you log file to a csv file (comma seperated value) remove all decel cells since they scew data and resave your new file. If you ar familiar with access you can use that to run a query and take care of it all in one shot. the program will take the log file and calculate a ve table for you that will get you in the ball park for your mods.
After inputting this ve table you can the average your LTFT's and add that percentage to the ve table at the respective map and rpm values. After a few passes you LTfts sdhould be somewhere around 0 or negative (prefered. after this you have the ve table sqaured away. This is for part throttle conditions only. Open loop will need to be tuned on the dyno or with you own wideband.
