Flashing Ses Light?

Flashing Ses Light? I just swaped out my th350 out of my car for a t56 so i could drive in on the highway alot more. So the computer is still tuned a for that set up. But every time i get going about 75 (speedo says 25) The light start flashing if i slow down to where is at 25 and under it stops. And then if i get on it again it starts back up. I was told from someone that is was misfire so i put new plugs and wires in the car and it keeps doing it. What could this be is it the tune or what. When i check codes i get some un known code and evap. How do you find out what a unknown code is? Any help would be nice.
