Just to clarify before I order, HP Tuners is not locked to any specific VIN, just year right. I mean, I could tune two different 2002 PCMs, right? Thanks, Shawn

Yeah. No vin locks jsut a year lock

I believe its a year lock as well as a vehicle type lock. So, if you purchase one vehicle type, say, a corvette, you couldnt tune the same year GTO
