my change oil light came on so i changed the oil because it was time to change it once i changed it the light still stays on what do i do any help appreciated thanks

You have 4 options.
1. Read owners manual.
2. Turn key on and push and hold trip reset 12~15 seconds until COL flashes.
3. Turn key on and depress gas pedal 3 times real fast.
4. Do a search on oil change light.

Ok, my oil change light came on yesterday but it's been a while since I had to turn it off and couldnt remember how to turn it off so I read the owners manuel and it didnt say anything about pressing the gas that I can remember. Is this a joke or does it actually serve as a function on our cars?
