newbie to tuning..just a couple of basic ?'s
i have done a bit of research on tuning and the basic target numbers. so far from the logging that i have done i have gottan the following:
ltrims: 2-10 (positive)
O2: 700-750 (highest values)
KR*: 2-9*
and my timing table is FUBAR. the transition are not smooth from cell to cell as they are supposed to be.
from what i have learned...the ltrims are supposed to be slightly negative normal driving and 0 at WOT. the O2's are supposed to be 8XX-900 and KR is a BAD thing.
from the little tuning that i have done i was able to get the ltrims down, but they are still all over the place. right were i want them to be in some cells and still +2-4 in others (mostly underload and higher rpm).
any advice on getting specific sections of the ltrims down or up?
vehicle is a 2003 silverado SS. with volant, exhaust, efans, 160* stat, MSD wires, NGK plugs (shift kit, servos and TB stall going on this weekend)

no leaks. everything has been checked, twice. and the MAF is stock as can be. i am going to go back to the stock tune and start making changes from there. thankfully someone was able to get me the stock .bin file.

i got most of it richened up. i modified the IFR table. i am going to start messing with the VE table this week. i wanted to try it from a few different angles just to learn a bit more about everything and how it reacts to changes.
i haven't had a problem since i loaded the stock tune back in and tuned from that. no matter what i did to the mail order tune i got, i couldn't get it to where it was supposed to be.
