how to keep idle out of closed loop?

how to keep idle out of closed loop? Does anybody know how to keep the pcm from going closed loop at idle? I want to richen up the warm idle, but the pcm keeps adujusting it back to 14.xx

Just idle, I have it where I want it everywhere else. But it idles so much better when cold, but the A/F leans out as it warms up and then the pcm keeps it at 14. something.
