will 01/02 pcm work will 01/02 pcm work with 99/00 harness? I am looking at LS1 engines from wrecked cars and I am trying to figure out which one is the best. The 99/00 are a couple of grand cheaper than the 01/02's and i am going to do alot of performance upgrades so I am not concerned with the cam and intake. If the 99-02 pcm's are the same then I will go for the cheaper 99 engine and reflash the pcm. but if the 01/02 is a better pcm and will work with the 99/00 then i will purchase the older engine and newer pcm. If the pcm's will not interchange then i guess i will splurge for the 01/02 set up.
