HP Tuners-Removing AIR, EGR, and rear O2's, did a search, want to be clear...
I hope to fire up my car for the 1st time tomorrow after a HUGE round of mods, including T-rex cam, headers, intake, etc. I have HP Tuners and want to disable the AIR, EGR, and rear O2's, I did a search and found the following. Some of what I found was for LS1 Edit, I want to know...Is this info correct and COMPLETE for HP Tuners?
Removing AIR:
-Disable all codes with (AIR), remove the AIR pump fuse, and raise the "AIR Pump on to 150*F"-it looks like HP Tuners has a "Air Pump Disable Coolant Temp", should this be set to 150* or a very low number??? Anything else to do to get rid of AIR with HP Tuners?
Removing EGR:
-Looks easy, under the "Engine/General" tab, click "Off". Nothing else? Need to disable any codes too?
Removing rear O2's:
Disable codes 137, 138, 140, 141, 420, 157, 158, 160, 161, 430. Anything else?
Thanks guys, sorry if this a topic that is beat to death, but this is what I found searching, I just want to make sure it ALL applies to HP Tuners and is COMPLETE.

Don't mean to hijack the thread, but is LS1Edit or HPTuners the only things that can delete these? I also remove AIR and rear 02s on my '01 SS when I do my headers but all I've got is Hypertech PP3

i dont know if this will be a problem for you, but it was for me. On an EGR car, there is a secondary timing table that increases timing for the area where the egr is in use. This is because the quality of air is worse and it can increase it. Without the EGR i was getting a lot of knocking in this area. I had EGR turned off but still had to zero out the table.
This is under spark advanced -> egr correction - add

As for the Air Pump disable, mine is at 14*.

Is this "proper" for passing OBDII computer inspections? I
thought if you turned off the test, that flagged but if you
leave the test on w/ no report, it looks "functional" and
passes?

This is good info since I will be doing headers this week and eliminating my AIR and EGR and removing the rear O2's. I am curious about if I could pass smog with the proper tuning. I guess I need to search because I am sure this question has already been asked.

If you want to pass an OBD-II scan test, then yes, just set the codes to "No Error" reported and leave the "SES Enable" on.
