Default HP Tuner log file, 1st time user, just want some advice

Hey guys, I JUST started using my HP Tuners today after a HUGE round of mods, including T-rex cam, headers, intake, etc. I have a log file and wondered if someone could look at it and give me some advice.

So far, all I've done is turn off all the AIR, EGR, rear O2's, raised the idle to 950 rpm's, and the rev limiter to 7100. I have no DTC's so far after doing so.

If someone could look at my log and just point me in the right direction, it would be much appreciated. My 2 biggest concerns now are that there are no intake or exhaust leaks, and that I can get it to cruise around without fouling plugs. Thanks.

Is it a WOT log? Email it to glenl55@***.net.

It's a short cruise, couple WOT runs in there. Email on the way, thanks!

Wish I knew, but I'm sure it's WAY off with the 243/249 cam on stock tune. Would 25 LTRIMS be unusual for this cam on stock tune?

25 ltrims are gonna set lean codes very soon if they havent already. Might wanna make sure you have no vacuum leaks or anything

Yours is the 2nd log file someone has sent me that has the LTRIMs pegged at +25 for 90% of the log. That is the first thing I noticed. Is this a HPTuners logging bug? Even though I have HPT, I still log with A-Tap. I think you need to log more WOT like a 1/4 mile run. I get more out of logs like those.

So would this be an intake or exhaust leak maybe? If so, which one?

I was asking here for the other person that sent me their log. https://ls1tech.com/forums/pcm-diagnostics-tuning/203348-possible-causes-25-ltrims.html I tend to think intake leak if it is not a logger bug. Seems odd though. Play your log in chart display mode and watch your LTFTB1 and LTFTB2 at the bottom. B2 actually starts out at 0 for a while before it goes to +25.

Your car is very lean and the O2s are trying to compensate. That is the reason for the lifts being so +.

Did you change the injectors?

Also if no leaks I would start with 125% multiply on the PE. I doubt that that will be enough to get you -lifts, but that would be a start.

Good luck.
