P0154 ????

P0154 ???? I have a P0154, no activity bank 2 sensor one. I replaced the sensor today, and on my home that same code pop up. I think it may be the wiring because after my cam install I notice the wiring harness for that sensor was against my header. I didn't see any melted wires to I ziptied out of the way and put heat reflective tape on it. What do any of u gurus think about this one? I"m going to check the wire cafefully. Also this all happen after I had my slave replaced and clutch replaced. This was all done at a Chevy dealer.
