Default PE adjustments affecting shift points?

Maybe its just coincedence but adjusting my PE table seemed to move my first gear shift point from 7000 down to 5000. And my second gear shift point down from 7000 to 6800. Has anyone experienced this before?

Change to PE -could- affet how fast your engine
RPM runs up or how much your RPM and MPH
diverge under high power via the converter slip.
Are your RPM readings tach eyeball (notoriously
inaccurate) or from logger?

No, probably something else that is affecting it.

What is your commanded shift RPM on 1-2? Is it
near 7000? Or, is 7000 just what happens (or did)?

It is set at 7000. And up until recently it was near perfect between 6950 and 7050 everytime. Now it's down around 5000 and some change.

I might just try that. The only problem was that the car was WAY lean, but it's only from first to second so it should be okay for a quick blip.
