Default LS1Edit tuning with dual cutouts

I have dual electric cutouts about 18 inches after my headers in my Y-pipe. I will be having my car dynotuned soon and I was wondering how much the cutouts will effect the tune when they are open or closed. I have a feeling that they will really mess with the air/fuel. How much could it throw the air/fuel off and how much will it effect power? Should I have the car tuned with them open or closed or does it not matter?
They are really more of a toy than anything. I just like the benefit of having it really quiet or really loud in a few seconds. They will be closed (or opened partially because its really quiet closed) the majority of the time when I race simply because it is extremely loud and attracts too much attention. Just wanted to keep that in mind. Thanks for ANY help. I hope its a relevant question.
