How much timing with heads/cam & 91 octane?

How much timing with heads/cam & 91 octane? I have pp stg2 heads (~10.8:1), TSP 225/225 cam. No headers -thats right, stock exhaust.
How much timing does the car want with 91 octane (in hot hot California)?
My HO spark tables are pretty much stock (a couple degrees advance in a couple places - down low and wot).
