hypertech or diablo? sorry if repeat which one for a 98Z? This HP tuner thing sounds a bit too complex for me. If that is false and/or I am an idiot, please tell me, since either way they cost several hundred dollars. thx.

You cannot get a Predator for a '98.
THE HPTuners is as complex as a tallboy rollaround
chest full of tools, and the Predator is as
complex as a Swiss Army knife. You might manage
to hurt yourself with either one, but if you intend
on doing any serious building there's not much to
think about (as far as the decision). Once you
go to tuning, you have plenty of thinking to do.
But better than having a little plastic gizmo do
it for you. Especially the Hypertech which is even
more limited.

There are only Three Choices at this point in my opinion. A.) Get the HP tuner B.) Get the HP Tuner or C.) only if you cant get the HP Tuner get the Diablo. The hypertech is a waste of money.

so even though its more complex, I should get the tuner, being that hypertech is a waste, and diablo isnt made for my car. okay thanks. prolly better in the long run anyway... god i love this forum
