engine misfire

engine misfire my motor is misfiring and is idleing really rough and sometimes when i get on the gas i wont get any response and then it will just kick really hard like the power just hits out of nowhere. My mods are intake header back exhaust and hp tuners, and plug wires/plugs. This just came out of nowhere 
one day long after all these mods were made. Any help or suggestions will be GREATLY appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
