Default Ve tuning

I log my 1 and a half hour ride today. I have calculated my ve. My question is now i have my data in excell. I have three colums with rpm, map and ve. How do i take that data and sort it to make a new ve table in excell. If you want to see my log file and can email it to you.
Thanks for yalls help

A pivot table will get you close.

I used a program called mathematica that i'm using for school to do it. I had it sort the data by rpm and map and put the averages in a matrix. It was just for fun though, cause that's not really the right way to tune ve.

This is taken from logs at 7000 ft so that's why the whole area isn't filled up past 80 kpa.

That's pretty cool though.
