Default problems with a/f ratio

I know this might be a stupid question but I could sure use the help. I have a 00 Ws6 that dynoed at 312hp/314tq in stock trim. I just added a slp lid, smooth bellow, a slp maf, and a cutout. I just took it to the dyno today and the results were very disappointing to me 310hp/308tq. The a/f in stock trim was just about 13.1 and now it is about 14. Is there any cheap way to increase fuel pressure with out getting a custom tune or programmer. I am a college student plus I have a 96 Z28 which I am trying to sell so I dont have much money. I would really appreciate the help/

Put the stock maf back on and re-dyno. Aftermarket maf = bad and tend to lean people out

Ditto on the stock maf, its not a lack of fuel pressure.
