Default Mucho codes here - Yikes!

I recently changes front brake pads and cut the front brake rotors. I disconnected the battery before working on the brakes.

My car runs like **** now. I'm throwing a ton of codes (108!) and my check engine light is flashing on and off.

This weekend I collected the codes and checked a few things; The codes were engine codes and "chassis" codes. Too many to list but some include:

Bank 2 fuel rail pressure too high
Bank 2 emmissions cat test - failed

****************
Anyway, I checked around under the hood and found a plug wire had come off the coil (passenger side - Bank 2). All other electronic connections (injectors, MAF, sensors throttle position sensors, etc) seem to be OK. I also checked the ABS fuses in both fuse boxes - no blown fuses were found.

I cleared the codes with OBD-2 software and ran the car for awhile with no issues. This morning I started the car and the engine check light went on again.

**************
Questions:

What are chassis codes - can OBD-2 clear these or only engine drivetrain codes; I suspect this has something to do with the computer that controls the ABS?

If I take the car back to the dealer I'm sure they will reset the ECU which I modified earlier with LS1edit. Is this a dumb idea?

************
My car is slightly modified; ported heads, SLP MAF, LT headers with cats, rear O2 Simulators, cam, etc.

Thanks....

Sounds like a bad ground somewhere... Check and re-check again

Thanks...

Is this a visual check or should I use a voltmeter or other equipment?

Visual. make sure no wieres are touching and shorting out on the headers. The ground tab on the back of the engine is intact and the - battery termial is tight and not corroded and beat up
