Well 100% volumetric efficiency on a standard day at sea level is .873 g/cyl. If your volumetric efficiency is, say 90% at 4000 rpm and 80% at 6000 rpm, you'd be looking at about .786 g/cyl at 400 rpm and .698 g/cyl at 6000 rpm.
You can also take your MAF/RPM * 15 to get grams per cylinder.

The g/cyl you will see depends a lot on your engine combo.
Mine is still near-stock and 0.77 was typical until I gutted
the cats, now I see 0.80 occasionally / in some regions.
Headers, cam should up this.
I've been going along, nudging up timing and searching
for the ping limit all across the map. With my eventual
intent being that once I get consistent 1 degree of KR
in most every cell, during a long mixed-driving logging
session, I will subtract 2 degrees everywhere and
consider it done. Basically every time I do the drive,
I add 1 degree in regions where I -didn't- see any KR.
If I saw 2 or more on the histogram I subtract (N-1).

Good link...that's basically what I did last year with my TR224 cam and picked up a bunch of midrange tq and hp.
BTW, Bill, you need to log MAF flow at WOT and see what range your car runs at. Then go into the HO Timing in that range and up the timing. Mine for instance, from 1st - 4th gears, goes from like .56 g/cyl to .80 g/cyl.
