If you have EFILive you can do this or have access to the tech 2. If you go to the Bidirectional controls you will see CKP relearn click this and start the test. Rev the car to 4.5k and when the car starts to sputter let off and the CASE relearn will be done

bidirectional controls, is this with hp tuners? or do i have to find someone with efi live. the car actually runs fine and never sputters, just reading a misfire code and the ses light is on because of it, i dont want to just turn it off if it is the crank relearn needed. let me know. thanks.

Try Pm'ing Flyer. I think he has EFILive, and might be able to help you out. Your misfire tables were already tuned for the cam before the rotating assy was installed. But if no crank sensor relearn was done, that could be the culprit.

Crank learn is used so the PCM can really shave on the
timing of ignition (and maybe injector) events. If the
crank is way out you might get some funny stuff. On
mine when I swapped PCMs, it just made it run a little
"funny" but the only code I got was about the learning.
With a stroker as with lightweight converters, you are
changing the grunt-to-flywheel ratio and may make for
more misfire detects. Have a look at the misfire-current
values for all 8 cylinders and see how high they are
going, you probably want to raise some of the count
thresholds that determine how much to tolerate before
punting to history / DTC.
