MAF tuning question after pivot table analysis
I am running "consistent" positive LTFT's and decided to use chrisb's pivot table method in remapping the MAF table. Only problem I have was the logged MAF values (LS1 Edit Scan) are less than the PCM table and even after scaling are slightly less than the vehicle table. If I simply remapped I would essentially move more positive.
I plotted the stock PCM MAF table, developed a representative polynomial (5th order like chris's) and duplicated the PCM equivalent of my logged data by MAF frequency point. Would scaling this "new" PCM table by the LTFT's in my logged data, generate another representaive polynomial with which to rescale the PCM table be a reasonable approach?
btw I'm getting good at scatter plots and generating formulas based on polynomials... my head hurts
Thanks
