BCM/APM (little black boxes) questions

BCM/APM (little black boxes) questions I am currently in the process of tearing all the guts out from behind the dash, stereo/heater core/ any unnessacary wiring.
My question is, is there any way to remove the black boxes and still have use of your windows, headlights and door locks? I have a BASIC understanding of what they do but dont want to start cutting wires until I know if I need them or not.
The car is pretty much a race car so it was time to yank that stuff out. Since the car still sees a LITTLE street time I would like to retain the use of those things. Other than that all the rest of the wiring needs to go. Even once it becomes a trailored car I will still need the use of those 3 items.
