problem with speed dommeter a tuning problem or not when i am driving on he freeway going about 60-65mh my speed dommeter starts tweking going up and down with out afeckting the acceleration would that be a tuning problem or not 
.HELP also my fuel gauge and temp gauge twek as well going down towards empty or 0.please help some 
one
