this is the problem. I had a nitrous backfire and it blew the back side of my intake out. In turn it broke the oil pressure sending unit and the clip on my cam sensor broke but it is on and I put some electrical tape on it. My question is that now it pulls a code for the cam sensor and I want to know if there is a way to check voltage on this. the main problem is that the car has a stumble that is continuous when it is in overdrive and the converter locks up( below 2000) and you can feel a continuous stumble when the car is floored from a dead stop.

the codes that were pulled up are: cam sensor, maf meter, o2 sensor bank 1 sensor 1.

I know that this is a lot but I need your help! thanks

I had a cam sensor go bad recently. The car ran like **** and threw mega codes. The techometer continued to work but then finally it busted and the tech did not work at all.

I think my sensor was only $50 or so. I changed it, cleared the codes and it now runs OK....
