Default Fuel pressure too high - replace regulator?

A few weeks ago a blew multi codes. I replaced several sensors and have had no check engine lights now for a few weeks.

One of the codes was a high fuel rail pressure code.

I tried to buy a fuel pressure regulator but was told by two differnet parts stores that my car does not have that part.

I beleive it is the round diaphram on the fuel rail that is held by a snap ring.

Is this part called a fuel pressure regulator; should I replace this since my car is running rich since my last LS1Edit tune?

Thanks...
