Default P0352 Code

Ok I just got back in the country last night and picked up my car. While I was gone I had my motor installed(99 LS1). Drove fine last night and most of today until this afternoon. Here's my situation and I'm hoping someone has some insight as to where to check/do next. I get the P0352 code which is a Ignition Coil B Primary/Secondary Control circuit. I pulled each of the plug wires 1 at a time and all of them get spark when grounded to something near by. So my question is this could I have a half working coil or is there something else I need to do? Any help is appreciated.
TIA
Brandon

Have you cleared the code and see if it comes back? I got a code after I did my install because I left the entire right side coils unplugged. Ooops.

cleared it twice and after this last time it hasn't come back yet so I'm gonna Auto-Tap it later this week when I get time for some tuning. I'm running really rich because I have my old tune for my 237/242 cam and now I'm running the FM13 so I think it may be caused by the excess fuel. My numbers were really low I only put down 384.5 and 381.2 SAE and this is a heads/cam car with full bolt-ons so I know something aint right there.
