Best tune in Chicagoland area?

Best tune in Chicagoland area? Hey everyone. As some of you have probably read by now, I'm planning of camming my car come springtime. I think I'll most likely go for either the new TSP 233/239 or the TSP Torquer. Anyhow, regardless of what cam I do get, I need a kickass tune so my gas mileage and drivability doesn't get totally f'ed up (I have an A4). Who would be the best to go to around Chicago? I know TSP is great but I'm definitely not in Texas...Speed, Inc. is pretty good as well from what I've heard. Any places I'm not seeing here? Thanks.
