Default o2 sims... really a dynotune diff?
I dynotuned my car but my 2 front o2 sims where dead.. ... can that really make a diff in tuning?

Yes. Your front two are the most important and they can't be simulated. They will determine the leaness/richness of your air/fuel ratio.
