Default Check Engine Light (Flashing)

I put my car away for the winter back in October. Periodically I start it up and let it run for a while. I started it up today and the check engine light is flashing and the car is running crappy and a couple of backfires. Don't have a scanner.

Any clue???

Flashing SES means that its an urgent problem and damage may occour if not taken care of immediately (in terms of driving the car, not the actual calandar date). Its usually a misfire, but whats causing the misfire is anyone's guess. First thing to do is get it scanned and take it from there.
