Question HP tuners- Racetrack tune- Help me

I want to take off the MAF, and all 02 sensors for my race only application.

I think this is what is refered to as a SD tune. Here are my questions.

I have read WS6's SD Tuning thread, but have questions on this.

1. I have no 02 sensors on my car. I plan on using a DynoJet WB02, but am unsure how to do that. WOuld I just watch the AFR at idle, on the Dyno?
OR, do I give some part throttle transitions. Keep in mind, I cannot use the Histograms, as I have no 02s.

2.Once I get a AFR of 13.0 at idle, etc, do I change the open loop F/A vs ECT vs MAP table , and stoich back to stock as described in WS6's thread?

3. Can I stay in Open loop, and turn off the Fuel Trim learning?

4. Do I still reset the PE vs RPM back to stock?

Why can I not just tell the car to dial in 13.0, with PE disabled, and no fuel learn, and use the PE to dial in WOT at 13.0??????

Hope that made sense to someone.

I want to set the car, and not have it relearn, like a carburated car would do.
Or is this just not gonna work for some reason. I thought if I took out all the variables, that it would be the same all the time.

Oh, and this is a nitrous application.

PLEASE HELP, and be as detailed as possible.

Thanks
