I was wondering for those with hptuners, if they still use autotap for monitoring instead of hptuners built in monitor. I am trying to decide if I should buy autotap and get hptuners later, or just save up for hptuners. I know the second option is cheaper, which is the whole point of asking this.

I sold my atap and use HPT scanner exclusively.... so long as you only need it for GM cars (IE you're not buying/bought the 123 atap that does GM Ford and Chrysler) it's awesome... and it's integration w/the edit tool is great.... I haven't exported stuff to excel to figure out what's going in in a while... just using the histogram and chart displays

I've got EFI Live and HP. Haven't used EFI Live in the last year, except to look at others cars, when HP can't be used

I have Tuners and EFI Live. I am just now starting to use the scanner portion of HP Tuners and don't really like it near as well as EFI Live's. Not as many features IMO.
